Terms of Service

By accessing or using Calla & Copper (“the Service,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. A registered account is required to access the full Service, including saving designs, sending tenant invites, and accessing Ivy Pro.

Calla & Copper is an AI-powered interior design platform that helps individuals and property managers design real spaces. The Service includes:

• Room transformation generated using artificial intelligence based on your uploaded photos and stated preferences.
• Product recommendations curated from our affiliate partners, including Amazon, Faire, and Wayfair.
• Ivy, our AI design assistant, available in both free and Pro tiers.
• A community feed for sharing design work and inspiration.

The Service is provided through our website at callacopper.com and may evolve over time. We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each person may register only one consumer account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to misuse the Service.

The Service offers the following plans:

• Free tier — Up to 3 designs per month with limited product clicks per design.
• Pro tier — $19.99/month or $159/year, with unlimited designs, community posting, and Ivy Pro.
• Business tier — $99/month for property managers, with unlimited units and tenant invites.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store full payment card details on our servers. All subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers who request a refund within 7 days of their first paid charge. Send refund requests to contact@callacopper.com. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable.

Calla & Copper participates in affiliate programs with Amazon, Faire, and Wayfair, among others. When you click a product link or complete a purchase through our recommendations, we may earn a commission. This commission supports the Service and does not change the price you pay.

Product recommendations may be influenced by the existence of these affiliate relationships. Prices and availability shown in the Service are approximate and subject to change at the affiliate's discretion. We are not the merchant of record for any third-party purchase and are not responsible for the quality, delivery, returns, or warranty of those products.

Calla & Copper, including the underlying AI technology, brand, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law.

Photos you upload to the Service remain your property. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display that content as needed to provide the Service. AI-generated designs produced from your inputs are licensed to you for personal or business use related to the rooms you are designing.

If you post a design or transformation to the community feed, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that post within the Service and in our marketing.

We collect usage data, design history, style preferences, and the information you provide during onboarding. We use PostHog for product analytics, Stripe for payment processing, and a handful of other services described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.

Room transformations, product placements, and design suggestions produced by Ivy or other AI features of the Service are creative suggestions only. They are not professional interior design, architectural, or construction advice, and they should not be relied on for permits, structural decisions, or any decision that requires a licensed professional.

AI-generated imagery is approximate. Product placement, scale, and color may differ in reality. Results vary based on inputs and the limits of current AI technology.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calla & Copper disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not liable for design decisions you make based on the Service, products you purchase from third parties, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In any case, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
